Skroot supplies hardware kits and sensors for product integrations. Kits include software, hardware, and an antenna. Skroot also sells sensors and application tools. Project Highlights

The SMART sensor platform has been validated for real-time monitoring of bacteria, yeast, insect, and mammalian (adherent and non-adherent) cell lines
SMART sensors have been validated across different form factors of bioreactors, shake flasks, T-flasks, petri dishes, and many others
Integrate seamlessly with standard laboratory incubators without modification

SMART Sensors

SMART sensors arrive in trays and are applied as stickers into flasks during production and sterilized, prior to shipment to the customer. Once at the customer the flasks can be used in normal operation.

Hardware Kits

SMART readers are designed to wirelessly couple with the integrated sensor and provide continuous feedback of cell growth within the vessel. The growth data can be visualized on a tablet from within the lab or any internet enabled device from any location. Hardware kits contain a SIB (board), inductive coupler, and SD card with Skroot software.

Software

The SMART software comes pre-loaded onto the the reader computational unit. It allows for real-time monitoring of the cell growths in the lab as well as from any internet enabled device.
